 r the past year\, CPNV has been working to develop the CPNV Low Bono Progr
 am. The project’s mission is to make the Collaborative Process more acce
 ssible to families of low and modest means. This program will explain how 
 the process is structured\, criteria for eligibility\, and when and how to
  refer clients to the project. The second part of the program will be a gr
 oup discussion focused on ways to reduce costs and make the process more a
