 good start includes an effective structure and essential team conversation
 s that go beyond the typically talked about topics of sharing client infor
 mation and the agenda for the first full team meeting.\n\nIn this program\
 , we’ll explore important issues related to structuring initial team cal
 ls\; sharing\, listening and processing the clients’ narratives\; and id
 entifying and sharing what is needed for everyone on the team\, not just t
 he clients\, to stay in a collaborative mindset and within the parameters
