When a Collaborative Case Goes to Trial – And Is Appealed

Presented by: Jennifer Bradley, Esq., David Ginsberg, Esq., and Steven Goldman, Esq.

Jennifer Bradley, J.D., Steve Goldman, J.D., and David Ginsberg, J.D., will provide an overview and insight into the background of Sobol v. Sobol, the Virginia Court of Appeals’ first published opinion addressing the interpretation of a Collaborative Participation Agreement and its implications on the parties’ respective rights when litigating in court.  Jennifer represented one of the parties in the Collaborative Process, Steve took over for the Circuit Court proceedings, and David handled the appeal.
