The dynamics of money and emotions are complex and impact most divorces . The Spender vs. Saver, Transparent vs. Secret, Partners vs. Silos, and Flexible vs. Rigid decision-making dynamics are at the root of many collaborative divorce cases. In this program, we’ll explore how these four dynamics so often impact the discussions around finances, legal implications, and the emotional landscape of both spouses and the professional team. We’ll also share creative strategies and practical tips that teams can use to navigate these challenging, often deeply ingrained dynamics, to guide their clients toward a smoother, more effective resolution.
