Estate/Business Collaborative Practice

  • Estate/Business
  • Collaborative Practice
Collaborative Practice, primarily known for its application in divorce contexts, is becoming more widely used for non-divorce legal disputes in the areas of estate and business matters. It is particularly appropriate for:
  • Trust and Estate Issues
  • Employment Law
  • Business Partnerships
  • Landlord-Tenant Disputes

It’s a leading-edge movement, built on a well-established foundation guided by clear protocols and offers a practical, expedient and cost-effective way to resolve disputes without costly discovery and court-imposed solutions. It is based on trust, transparency and communication. The basic premise of Estate/Business Collaborative Practice is to support and assist businesses and persons with legal disputes efficiently and productively, using trained professionals from various disciplines who are focused on bottom-line solutions. Using a Collaborative Team approach is highly effective in reducing the longer-term financial, productivity and emotional costs of Estate and Trust, and Business conflicts, especially when it leads to litigation. This process can engender trust and cooperation, protect wealth, and allows for the preservation of relationships.

Lets get STARTED
