Reunification Therapy: A Structured Approach

Resist/refusal custody cases give rise to unique legal and clinical challenges. Dr. Lisa Bennett will discuss the overarching goals of reunification therapy. Special attention will be given to the need for a structured approach that a) increases the alignment of both parents at the outset and b) carefully monitors the rights of the minor child(ren). Dr. Bennett will describe the new “six session framework“ offered at her practice, Child Custody Clinic, PLLC.
