As Collaborative professionals, we know how rewarding it can be to have our new or existing clients decide to enter the Collaborative Process. From all three disciplines, we will describe what we say, and what we don’t say, in order to help people understand the benefits of the Collaborative Process and how it is different from other ways to divorce. We will also discuss ways that we can make their entry into the process as smooth as possible once they have chosen this path and explore different approaches for working with individuals and couples who may have already retained litigation-focused attorneys but are interested in transitioning to a Collaborative approach.
