2026 CPV Membership Renewal

Welcome to the Collaborative Professionals of Virginia (CPV) - we look forward to this new chapter of Collaborative Practice in Virginia! Please use this page to complete our Membership renewal process.

Renewal is a two-fold process with an additional, optional submission at the end:

Conditions of Continued Membership.
Please review and confirm that you meet the conditions of Membership listed below. Please contact the Membership Chair if you have any questions.
Membership Dues
Please submit your Membership dues payment after confirming that you meet the conditions of Membership.
OPTIONAL: Member Profile Changes Or Updates
Please submit any changes to your contact information, bio or headshot in the form at the bottom of the page. This will be used to update your Profile on our website. For any questions regarding your profile, kindly send them to the Administrator at admin@cpnova.com.

For those Members joining CPV from outside of CPNV, please complete the Member Profile form. The Administrator will use your submission here to create your website profile. You will receive confirmation once your profile is live. Please contact the Administrator at admin@cpnova.com with any additional questions you might have.

NOTE: Members who renew with CPV for the 2026 Membership year AND who paid dues to VaCP in 2025 will receive a dollar-for-dollar credit applied to the 2026 CPV Membership dues.

1. Membership-Requirements Affirmation Form

To be a member in good standing and listed on the CPV website, you must satisfy all of the membership requirements listed below. Please review the requirements and submit your affirmation of these statements.

CPV Educational Commitments

1. I have completed or will complete the required 30-hour mediation training within two years of joining CPV. I have or will notify the CPV Membership Chair upon completion.

2. I have completed or will complete an additional 15 hours of further training in interest-based negotiation, communication skills training, intermediate Collaborative training, advanced Collaborative training, or basic professional coach training within two years of joining CPV. I have or will notify the CPV Membership Chair upon completion.

3. I have attended a minimum of three CPV general educational meetings in the last member year.

4. At least once every two years, I participate in a continuing education course or program in Collaborative practice or areas that support its principles as determined by the Board.

5. I will comply with all CPV rules, protocols and procedures as developed from time to time.

6. I will comply with the terms of every Collaborative Participation or Commitment Contract, stipulation and agreement that I sign in the Collaborative Process and also with any Collaborative Participation or Commitment Contract signed by my client with my approval.

I hereby certify and affirm that the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge. I further acknowledge that if my dues are not paid by 30 days past the due date, then my membership will be suspended and, if my dues are not paid by the last day of February, my membership will be terminated and my name removed from the website. I acknowledge that if I fail to satisfy the membership requirements of CPV, I will not be a member in good standing and my name will be removed from the CPV website, until such requirements are met.

If you were a Member in good standing with VaCP in 2025:

Regular + 2025 VaCP Member: $275 - $135 = $140
Affiliate + 2025 VaCP Member: $125 - $75 = $50

If you were not a Member of VaCP in 2025:

Regular: $275
Affiliates: $125
