Biography
Ms. Hayba focuses her practice solely on domestic relations matters involving divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and other related issues. Ms. Hayba provides her clients with both dedicated and compassionate legal representation, focusing on her client’s short-term and long-term goals.
Ms. Hayba has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Virginia Super Lawyers in 2019-2022. In 2022, she was named in Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” for 2023.
In 2018, Ms. Hayba was trained as a collaborative law practitioner and is a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia (CPNV), Virginia Collaborative Professionals (VaCP) and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Ms. Hayba currently serves as an At-Large Member of the CPNV Board.
Ms. Hayba is a native of New York and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. Ms. Hayba went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Virginia and New Jersey.
During her spare time, Ms. Hayba enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Sasquatch.
